Producing stylish and functional kitchens requires guidance from specialist people.
Whether your kitchen is a new build or a renovation we understand the importance of taking the time to meet with you to discuss the ideas and preferences you have for your new kitchen. Our Designers will meet with you in our showroom or if you prefer they can visit you in your home.
Design
Our Design Team will work closely with you, paying attention to every detail.
After an initial consultation, your designer will plan and draw your kitchen using the latest 3D software. This will enable you to view what your finished kitchen will look like at the time of your design presentation. Your Designer will guide you through the many finishes available for cabinetry and benchtops, and with the use of our showroom will be able to show you many of the different hardware options available too.
Quotation
Our drawing software is linked to a computerised quotation system
Your quotation is calculated using the actual material and hardware usage which enables us to provide a quotation for your new kitchen at the most reasonable price.
Manufacture
Site Measure
An important step in the process of producing your new kitchen
On acceptance of your quotation your designer will arrange to meet with you and complete a specification sheet. This will record all the information of your selected preferences for your cabinetry, bench top materials and hardware. Once your kitchen plan has been finalised with your designer we will make a time convenient with you to complete an accurate site measure using laser measuring equipment.
Detailing
Your kitchen plan is made ready for our production plant
Your Designer passes your completed file through to our detailing team. They will check the drawings, prepare them for manufacture and order all the materials required. Our detailers are among the most skilled in the country with each of them having decades of experience in the kitchen industry which is applied to every job as it is detailed and made ready for our production plant.
CNC Machining
Machine code is networked to the highest quality CNC routers
Your new kitchen is machined out by our skilled machinists. Using up to date technology and skill we can produce and deliver high level quality joinery.
Assembly
Your kitchen is now assembled by our qualified assembly team.
Using the best construction methods your cabinets are assembled and checked for quality. Specialist hardware is fitted. Final check lists are completed, and your new kitchen is prepared for installation.
Installation
Your installation date will be scheduled.
The installation date for your kitchen will be scheduled to fit with the various trades required on site on the day of installation. We prefer to deliver and install our own cabinetry, to allow us to stay in control, and avoid any damage.
Completion
Once your kitchen joinery is installed.
Your Designer will be in contact with you to confirm that you are happy and satisfied with your new kitchen.
